On arrival found the driver (Bemard Fadeley) had not properly inserted the diesel nozzle
into the fuel port of his shuttle bus, and spilled approximately 1 gallon of fuel onto the
ground. Crew spread approx. 2/3 bag of rice hull ash to absorb spill.
Mr. Fadeley was unable to locate a spill kit on site; and so called the fire department for
clean-up.

E52 dispatched to 13425 Interurban Av S (Petrocard Fuel Station) for a reported SPILL of
gasolme.
On arrival found the driver (Bemard Fadeley) had not properly inserted the diesel nozzle
