FireRMS 5.0 Version: 3.26.43 spi. e um t was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1608 hours and cleared at 1624 hours. The incident occurred at 15244 Tukwila Internationa Bl, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property is self storage units. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. We arrived to find what appeared to be solvent leaking from under the storage unit door# 253. We cut the lock to investigate and found that an improperly stored 5 gallon drum of Silvaseal(Roof repair substance) Had turned over in the unit , slowly spilling approx 1 gollon of the substance onto the cement floor. We then spread around asorbant litter provided by the storage manager to stop any seepage to nearby units. We also opened the doors to the hallways to ventilate the odor. The managers had notified the occupants in California of the spill and thier local rep was on route, expected to arrive around 1800hrs.
