occurred at 17855 Southcenter Py, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The
general description of this property is household goods, sales, repairs. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
Investigation revealed possible sewer gas from unplugged sewer pipe. No further action
taken.
No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

At 1328 hours on Tuesday January 8, 2002 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
mvestigauon with no hazmat. (inc um was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1333 hours and cleared at 1341 hours. The incident
occurred at 17855 Southcenter Py, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The
general description of this property is household goods, sales, repairs. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
Investigation revealed possible sewer gas from unplugged sewer pipe. No further action
taken.
No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
