At 2054 hours on Friday February 1, 2002 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two units
were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 2058
hours and cleared at 2133 hours. The incident occurred at 14402 56 Av S, Tukwila in

Narratives
District 003. The local station is ST52. The general description of this property is
multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Dispatched to odor of Natural Gas in residence. Upon arrival found one bedroom apt in
four plex evacuated. Slight smell of natural gas. Requested Puget Sound Energy. Smell
caused by pilot light out to stove. PSE relite pilot light. Installed occupant smoke detector.
Returned in service.
Alarm number 0000333 has been assigned to this incident.
