Narrative Text At 1926 hours on Thursday February 14, 2002 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. We arrived on scene at 1930 hours and cleared at 2024 hours. The
incident occurred at 10805 EAST MARGINAL Way S, Tukwila in District 008. The
