At 1331 hours on Tuesday February 19, 2002 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units
were assigned to this incident. We arrived on scene at 1335 hours and cleared at 1340

hours. The incident occurred at 11635 44 Ave S, Tukwila in District 007. The general
description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0000526 has been assigned to this incident.
E53,52,154, and a54 were dispatched to a reported natural gas leak in thr residence.On
arrival e53 a residential structure 40 by 50 with occupants at the front door. When e53
asked what the problem was the female stated that the gas furnace had made a lot of noise
and than there was a heavy smell of gas. There was no gas smell in the house when I
entered. I found the furnace and shut it down( gas and electricity.)
E53 coded greened all incoming units. Occupent was calling furnace repair company.E53
returned inservice.
