2002-0000576-000
Tukwila Fire Department
was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We amved on scene at 0151
hours and cleared at 0208 hours. The incident occurred at 112 Andover Park E, Tukwila
in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is
professional supplies, services. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0000576 has been assigned to this incident.
Reporting party had reported a strong smell of natural gas. He stated that the odor was
coming into the building and was making him feel light headed. Upon arrival in the area
could smell a light odor that was not natural gas but did smell as though it was a gas
release from the Metro plant in Renton. Reporting party came out and stated that the odor
was mostly gone as compared to earlier. Advised him of what we suspected.

At 0149 hours on Monday February 25, 2002 we were dispatched to a gas leak. One unit
was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We amved on scene at 0151
hours and cleared at 0208 hours. The incident occurred at 112 Andover Park E, Tukwila
in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is
professional supplies, services. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
