Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1401 hours and cleared at 1656 hours. The incident occurred at 19600 62 Ave S, Kent in District O/J. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Mutual aid was given on this incident. We were first on location at this natural gas leak in Kent. Workers had been drilling horizontally to install fiber optic cables. They struck a 2" gas line about 150' from their excavation. We secured the area and passed command to Kent Fire. We took a hydrant and protected workers and potential exposures with the apparatus mounted deck gun and handlines. Alarm number 0000935 has been assigned to this incident. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1401 hours and cleared at 1656 hours. The incident occurred at 19600 62 Ave S, Kent in District O/J. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
