E. Marginal Wy S. The owner of the vehicle was using a hose to spray the liquid into the
storm drain. E53 personnel stopped the owner, used rice hull ash to absorb the oil and
turned the situation over to the police. (This fellow is a frequent flyer). E53 then returned.

E53 responded to a reported flammable liquid spill. Upon arrival, it was found that a hose
lme on a trash truck had ruphued, spilling approximately 2 gallons of hydraulic fluid onto
E. Marginal Wy S. The owner of the vehicle was using a hose to spray the liquid into the
storm drain. E53 personnel stopped the owner, used rice hull ash to absorb the oil and
turned the situation over to the police. (This fellow is a frequent flyer). E53 then returned.
