Tukwila Fire Department
One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
0513 hours and cleared at 0530 hours. The incident occurred at 12800 Tukwila
Internationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 10. The general description of this property is street.
The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was notification of
other agencies. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001087 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to PD in accident with glassin hair.O/L found tree down in roadway and across
phone lines on west side of street. Street already shut down and street crew enroute. PD
wanted to keep road closed and did not want tree moved for investigation. Left scene
secure with PD. rtq

One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
0513 hours and cleared at 0530 hours. The incident occurred at 12800 Tukwila
Internationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 10. The general description of this property is street.
The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was notification of
