Tukwila Fire Department
flammable hqurd spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1723 hours and cleared at 1741 hours. The incident occurred at
3716 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 14. The local station is ST54. The general description
of this property is general retail. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was removal of hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0001094 has been assigned to this incident.
Approx 2 gallon gasoline spill in parking lot, unknown vehicle (left scene). Placed
absorbant pads around storm drain, removed as much fuel from the ground as possible
using rice hull ash, broom, shovel. Advised manager as to procedure to dispose of
absorbants.

At 1718 hours on Sunday April 14, 2002 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable hqurd spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1723 hours and cleared at 1741 hours. The incident occurred at
3716 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 14. The local station is ST54. The general description
of this property is general retail. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was removal of hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0001094 has been assigned to this incident.
