Incident Report 2002-0001275-000 Tukwila Fire Department Narratives Author 1113 - Hansen, David Author Rank LT Author Assignment 1 Narrative Text Responded to a diesel spill with pump 11 not shutting off and spilling on the ground. The R.P. has left the scene. On arrival we found two gallons of fuel on the ground and the pump nozzle with a minor flow coming out. I took the nozzle off the auto fill detent, this stopped the flow. We use one bag of rice hull ash to control the spill. The rice hull ash was left in place. Lt. David A.
