liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 2200 hours and cleared at 2212 hours. The incident occurred at 16400
Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze hazardous
materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001525 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to a non -injury auto accident with an unknown type of spill. Upon arrival
found that a Toyota vehicle had rear ended a SUV and was now leaking transmission fluid
onto the roadway. Approximately one quart. Covered with rice hull ash. Also did
confirm with drivers and passengers that no aid was required.
E-51 in service/ returning.

At 2156 hours on Friday May 24, 2002 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 2200 hours and cleared at 2212 hours. The incident occurred at 16400
Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze hazardous
materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
