Tukwila Fire Department
combustible liquid spill. One untt was assigned to flits mat en Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1950 hours and cleared at 2027 hours. The incident
occurred at 15600 West Valley Hwy, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51.
The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze
hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001843 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to a two vehicle non -injury auto accident with gasoline leaking from one
vehicle. Upon arrival found a newer Ford Mustang and Honda Accord that had hit head
on with the Mustang ending up against a traffic lite standard; moderate damage. Air bags
in both vehicles had deployed. Both had single occupants who complained of no injuries.
Both vehicles were leaking a combination of transmission fluid (2 quarts), engine oil (one
quart) and anti freeze (two quarts). Used rice hull ash to absorb spilled fluids. Assisted
with sweeping up debris and brooming rice hull ash into spill areas. Swept up parts and
heavy soaked rice hull ash and sent with tow trucks.
Engine 51 in service- returning.

At 1945 hours on Thursday June 20, 2002 we were dispatched to an oil or other • •
