Responded to a fuel spill at the above address.
On location we found approximately one gallon of diesel on the ground coming from a
leaking nozzle. The leak was caused by the nozzle being placed back in the pump
incorrectly. We used rice hull ash to pick up the spilled diesel. When the nozzle was
placed back in the pump correctly it stopped leaking.
