detector activation. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1228 hours and cleared at 1238 hours. The incident occurred at 14467
56 Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is ST51. The general description of
this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
The resident reported a short term activation of his CO detector. He had started hsi vehicle
engine in the garage the door between the house and garage open. No other source could
be attributed.

At 1222 hours on Thursday August 8, 2002 we were dispatched to a carbon monoxide• •
detector activation. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1228 hours and cleared at 1238 hours. The incident occurred at 14467
56 Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is ST51. The general description of
this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
