Narrative Text At 112fours on Friday August 9, 2002 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two units
were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1130
hours and cleared at 1146 hours. The incident occurred at 14400 I-5 Fwy N, Tukwila in
District 002. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is highway
or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002487 has been assigned to this incident.
King County Sherrif Officer reported that there was a strong smell of natural gas on I-5
NB north of Southcenter. E-51 and E-52 proceeded from Station 51 and entered I-5 from
S 188 St. Covered I-5 NB to S 107 St and did not encounter any odor or the reporting
King County Officer. Officer could not be contacted for further info.
E-51 and E-52 in service- returning.
