combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1806 hours and cleared at 1830 hours. The incident
occurred at 16000 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51.
The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze
hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002497 has been assigned to this incident.
Tukwila PD requested Fire assistance for vehicle leaking fluids. Found that vehicle had
sheered off a light pole and was now leaking anti -freeze and trans fluid. Approx two
quarts of each. Covered with rice hull ash and worked in with broom.
E-51 in service- returning.

At 1757 hours on Friday August 9, 2002 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1806 hours and cleared at 1830 hours. The incident
occurred at 16000 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51.
The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze
hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
