Tukwila Fire Department
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1806 hours and cleared at 1907 hours. The incident
occurred at 6800 S 180 St, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control
and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002863 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to an injury auto accident. Enroute Tukwila PD advised that there are no
injuries but there are spilled fluids on the roadway. Code greened E-52. Upon arrival
checked with vehicle occupants and found no injuries. Spread rice hull ash on the spilled
transmission fluid- 3 quarts and anti -freeze 2 quarts. Swept up broken glass and plastic.
E-51 in service- returning.

At 1828 hours on Saturday September 7, 2002 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1806 hours and cleared at 1907 hours. The incident
occurred at 6800 S 180 St, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control
and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
