Our investigation found an approximately one inch hole in the front side of his fuel tank. The liquid fuel line level was below the leak upon our arrival, so most of the leak was stopped. We plugged the hole with Pig Puddy.. Mr. Cromer stated he was going to take the vehicle to a shop to have it repaired. I informed him our patch was only temporary and not to add any more fuel to it until he had it repaired. The vehicle was a 1989 Dodoge Caravan, Plate # Wa. 582-NXW One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1507 hours and cleared at 1530 hours. The incident occurred at 1151 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. Alarm number 0002912 has been assigned to this incident.
