m the area. One um t was assigned to flus incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 2054 hours to find a broken 3/4" natural gas line at ground level. Witnesses
reported a 4 wheel drive truck drove over the pipe while leaving the area. Unknown if he
even knew he had run over the pipe. The gas was free flowing when we arrived. The
break was below the shut off. We were able to bend the pipe to an inline position, which
stopped the majority of the leak. PSE was called and they arrived shortly after we
decreased the leak. Upon their arrival we tied in with them and they did not need any
more of our services. We cleared at 2138 hours.
The incident occurred at 4020 S 140 St, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is ST54.
The general description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was notification of other agencies. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

At 2048 hours on Wednesday October 23, 2002 we were dispatched to an odar of gasoline
m the area. One um t was assigned to flus incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 2054 hours to find a broken 3/4" natural gas line at ground level. Witnesses
