We arrived on scene at 1958 hours and cleared at 2002 hours. The incident occurred at
14415 Tukwila Intl Blvd, Tukwila in District 13. The local station is ST54. The general
description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at
the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment.
No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Small gasoline spill at fuel pump, unknown cause, unknown person spread dirt on spill.
Unknown quantity washed away into storm drain due to rain. Placed an absorbant pad at
drain to pick up any residual fuel.

At 1952 hours on Thursday November 7, 2002 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other •
flammable ligmd spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1958 hours and cleared at 2002 hours. The incident occurred at
14415 Tukwila Intl Blvd, Tukwila in District 13. The local station is ST54. The general
description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at
the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment.
No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
