At 1313 hours on Saturday November 9, 2002 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1319 hours and cleared at 1331 hours. The incident
occurred at 5800 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is ST52. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill
control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003528 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to an oil spill from a non -injury auto accident. Upon arrival found that vehicle
had punctured radiator and oil cooler. Approximately one gallon of combined products
spilled on ground. Covered with rice hull ash and worked ash into products.
E-51 in service- returning.
