Passerby had smelled the odor and called 9-1-1.
On arrival, E53 found a King County Work Crew (Water Reclamation Div) working in a
"sewer drop" with a vactor truck. Work crew stated they were the source of the odor -
sewer gas, NOT natural gas/propane.
