usually parked here (and often leaking here) was again leaking fluid. Upon investigation,
we found that hydraulic oil had leaked from the truck and had spread over an area about
100' long and across three lanes. Since we frequently have similar problems with this
vehicle, we contacted Fire Prevention to send a representative. Lt Kohler arrived and
notified the owner that the owner may be subjected to fees in the future if tliis problem
should arise again. E53 personnel notified City Shops via Valley Com to have a sand
truck dispatched. The truck arrived approximately 1 hour later. E53 returned.

E53 responded to a reported oil spill at the above address. The garbage truck that is
usually parked here (and often leaking here) was again leaking fluid.
