spur or Isar.
On arrival we met a City of Tukwila Road crew that advised they were in the process of
cleaning up an illegal dumping of household trash and they discovered a bottle of unknown
liquid labeled poison.
I observed a pint size brown glass jar with white cap. Approx 2 cups of clear liquid was
inside with a label of Poison, Corrosive and an additional written ID of "IN HCL" . The
bottle was not broken or leaking. It was found in a running stream and there was no odor
or indication of the liquid being on the outside of the jar. No owner information was
located. There was no apparent imminent hazard to humans or the environment.
Capt Ewing was consulted, and it was decided that the road crew would be able to
transport the bottle to station 51 in their flat bed truck, and we would over pack it after the
drill we were participating in. The crew leader, Ralph Murch, agreed. The bottle was put
