combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1501 hours and cleared at 1518 hours. The incident
occurred at 14600 I-5 Fwy N, Tukwila in District 002. The general description of this
property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0000203 has been assigned to this incident. Dpon arrival we found a
garbage truck had a blown oil line in the engine compartment. We put down rice haul ashe
and returned inservice.

At 1459 hours on Monday January 20, 2003 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1501 hours and cleared at 1518 hours. The incident
occurred at 14600 I-5 Fwy N, Tukwila in District 002. The general description of this
property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0000203 has been assigned to this incident. Dpon arrival we found a
