Tukwila Fire Department
were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1259
hours and cleared at 1350 hours. The incident occurred at In rear of 1075 Andover Park E,
Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. Mutual aid was received on this incident.
Construction crews were digging behind 1075 Andover Park E. They hit a small diameter
gas line. The break occurred near the foundation of the building. There were also closed
roll -up doors and exit doors near the break. Renton FD A14 and E51 evacuated the
building. E 52 crew pulled a precautionary line from E51 and E52 positioned to lay
reverse from E51. E51 crew monitored the interior atmosphere continuously until the gas
leak was controlled by PSE. B51 established command and maintained it throughout the
incident.

At 1252 hours on Tuesday February 4, 2003 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Three units
were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1259
hours and cleared at 1350 hours. The incident occurred at In rear of 1075 Andover Park E,
Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. Mutual aid was received on this incident.
