One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1104 hours and cleared at 1124 hours. The incident occurred at 13435 INTERURBAN Ave S, TUKWILA in District 002. The local station is ST52. The general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0000545 has been assigned to this incident. On arrival we found an oil sheen on the road way extending about fifty feet in both North and South directions. Due to the rain the light coating of diesel fuel was being washed off the roadway. I called for a police unit. When he arrived we decided that he would call the city shops to see if the street crew would come out and use the sweeper with some sand and pick up the rest of the fuel. He told me that we could go and he would stand by for the street crew. We did place four oil pick up pads in the path of the run off at the street drain. Lt. David A.
