combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1705 hours and cleared at 1722 hours. The incident
occurred at 5708 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 002. The general description of this
property is residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and
confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Upon arrival found Councilman Duffy at the location. He stated that a neighbor had been
parking vehicles on S 144 St and "just leaving them". Called for Tom unit to take his
report/hear his concerns. A small amount of oil or transmission fluid had dripped on
asphalt and rain water had carried a sheen down the hill from the vehicle. Spread rice hull
ash on the sheen and returned in service.

At 1700 hours on Saturday March 22, 2003 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1705 hours and cleared at 1722 hours. The incident
occurred at 5708 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 002. The general description of this
property is residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and
confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
