Tukwila Fire Department
determined that an O.C. type of spray was released in the main hallway of the school.
Unknown who released the spray. E54 investigated what was released in the school and
where the product was released. E54 helped evacuate and ventilate the building and
provided medical interviews with multiple students. Two medical reports were completed
on the two students that showed signs of irritation from the spray. Neither student was
transported to the hospital due to minor symptoms only. Students were allowed back into
the school after the halls had been ventilated.

E54,E52,E51, and B51was dispatched to an odor investigation. On arrival it was
determined that an O.C. type of spray was released in the main hallway of the school.
Unknown who released the spray. E54 investigated what was released in the school and
where the product was released. E54 helped evacuate and ventilate the building and
provided medical interviews with multiple students. Two medical reports were completed
on the two students that showed signs of irritation from the spray. Neither student was
transported to the hospital due to minor symptoms only. Students were allowed back into
