wiring/equipment problem. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0650 hours and cleared at 0701 hours. The incident
occurred at 13717 34 Ave S, Tukwila in District 14. The local station is ST54. The general
description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0001104 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to wires down. Found cable wires across street secured by TPD. Confirmed
cable, disconnected and coiled at base of pole. Left note at house that we were there and
disconnected cable and to contact cable co for reconnection. Follow up with ph call. rtq

At 0642 hours on Friday April 11, 2003 we were dispatched to an electrical
wiring/equipment problem. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0650 hours and cleared at 0701 hours. The incident
occurred at 13717 34 Ave S, Tukwila in District 14. The local station is ST54. The general
description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
