Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0246 hours and cleared at 0247 hours. The incident occurred at 10700 27 Ave S, Tukwila in District 008. The general description of this property is post office or mailing firms. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Upon arrival found white, pasty, powder on conveyor belt which is used to unload trucks. Postal employees had no threat reports and package was not out of the ordinary. Upon further investigation found a bag of com starch inside of package had broken open and spilled out. Returned in service. Alarm number 0001217 has been assigned to this incident.
