Four units were assigned to this incident. Twelve personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1922 hours and cleared at 1944 hours. The incident occurred at 8555 Perimeter Rd S, Tukwila in District 0009. The local station is ST53. The general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident. Alarm number 3001685 has been assigned to this incident. An odor was noted by the workers at this facility. They described it as natural gas or propane. Upon our arrival, we noted that the odor had dissipated, but was still noticable. It was more of a "sweet" smell like a solvent or kerosene. Upon investigation, we found a small spill of what appeared to be kerosene beside the building on the northwest corner. The odor being given off was identical to the odor noticed inside the business. The chief mechanic stated that he was going to call a vacuum truck to remove the liquid. All units returned.
