Tukwila Fire Department
unit was assigned to this mcident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1308
hours and cleared at 1319 hours. The incident occurred at 14600 I-5 Fwy, Tukwila in
District 002. The general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 3001720 has been assigned to this incident.
Initial dispatch was a car fire. On our arrival we found a broken down vehicle no fire. we
used some hatsorb pads to control a minor oil leak from a broken axle. E52 turned the
scene over to State patrol and returned in service.

At 1301 hours on Tuesday June 3, 2003 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition. One
unit was assigned to this mcident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1308
hours and cleared at 1319 hours. The incident occurred at 14600 I-5 Fwy, Tukwila in
District 002. The general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
