E51 was added to this haz/mat call by B51. Upon our arrival TPD was recovering a stolen
vehicle that had possible drug's with unk substances. E51 crew evaluated the situation and
came to a conclusion that the car was safe to be towed to TPD lock-up for further
investigation by them. All units returned in service.
