Tukwila Fire Department
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1742 hours and cleared at 1742 hours. The incident
occurred at 4800 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 1. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
On arrival E53 found reporting party who was on his motorcycle when he hit a patch of
transmission fluid at the comer of 48th and interurban Ave. S. and dropped his bike. He
stated he was not hurt in the incident.
E53 place rice hall ash on the spill and use a broom on the residual, E53 also contacted
PD and notified them of the problem.

At 1736 hours on Saturday September 13, 2003 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1742 hours and cleared at 1742 hours. The incident
occurred at 4800 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 1. The local station is 53. The
