Page: 2 Printed: 09/21/2003 21:32:08 Incident Report 2003-0003117-000 Tukwila Fire Departrnent Narratives On arrival at 3200 block of westbound SR518, WSP on location with a commercial vehicle (WA Lic A2417711, DOT 604551; Isuzu FTR truck) with a lx2 pool of oil on the ground underneath transmission. No fire or smoke visible. Driver (Mr Pryor) stated that he heard a bang/explosion and a large amount of smoke came from underneath the vehicle. He did not see any flames. Smoke stopped when he turned off the ignition. E51 spread rice hull ash over spill area and released vehicle to WSP officer and vehicle driver before leaving scene.
