Tank was full with aproximately 51,000 pounds of product. Upon my arrival I found B45 and a Trooper from WSP with a unified command structure. I was asked to be Safety. I assumed the position and acted as Incident Safety Officer until my release. I was replaced by HM 80, the Boeing HazMat Specialist. I assisted with tow truck operations and overall scene safety. Upon my release as safety, I was asked to go to station 45 and debrief the Zone 3 HazMat Strike Team.
