At 1138 hours on Saturday October 4, 2003 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition.
Four units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1143 hours and cleared at 1221 hours. The incident occurred at 16700 Southcenter Pky,
Tukwila in District 006. The general description of this property is general retail. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0003268 has been assigned to this incident.
E51,52,14,154, and B51 were dispatched to a reported gas leak. on arrival an investigation
found nothing. PSE was called and they arrived to check out the building.
