At 2223 hours on Sunday October 26, 2003 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units
were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 2227
hours and cleared at 2249 hours. The incident occurred at 349 Upland Dr, Tukwila in
District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is warehouse.
Mutual aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0003548 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival E51 was met by employee stating they had hit a space heater with a forklift
causing a gas leak. E51 secured the gas meter. PSE did air monitoring and found
warehouse safe for re-entry. E 51 returned.
