Tukwila Fire Department
One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
0800 hours and cleared at 0800 hours. The incident occurred at 17855 Southcenter Pky,
Tukwila in District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is
street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003565 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 responded to a reported paint spill.
E51 arrived at 17855 Southcenter Pky to find 5 gallons of white paint spilled in the
roadway. After investigating it was determined that the paint was latex based. E51
performed a wash down of the affected area.
E51 found a paint spill due to a mechanical malfunction of a tailgate of a pickup truck.
E51 completed a wash down and notified Metro of the incoming paint & water mixture.

At 0800 hours on Monday October 27, 2003 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition.
One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
0800 hours and cleared at 0800 hours. The incident occurred at 17855 Southcenter Pky,
Tukwila in District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is
street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
