L54 was dispatched to an oil spill on the roadway. On arrival a very lite oil sheen was
visible on the roadway. L54 used Rice Hull Ash on the roadway to prevent cars from
sliding. E52 brought extra bags of Ash for L54. Unknown source from where oil came
from.
