At 0622 hours on Friday November 7, 2003 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0628 hours and cleared at 0817 hours. The incident
occurred at 11521 E Marginal Way S, Tukwila in District 007. The general description of
this property is warehouse. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel were material detection, monitoring, sampling, and analysis. Mutual aid was
received on this incident.
Alarm number 0003710 has been assigned to this incident.
UA E53 found the structure to be partially evacuated. E53 entered the building to
investigate, we detected a slight unknown type of odor. I code greened L54, E47 and had
E52 enter the building with their MicroMax detector. E52 showed the building clear with a
CO reading of one. B51 called for PSE to respond.

UA PSE employee Lonnie Roberts entered the building and searched the structure with his
monitoring equipment. He did not pick up any readings. We proceeded to the roof to check
the HVAC equipment, no hazardous materials detected.
B51 and I then met with Tasha Cushman, the Operations Manager for the occupant, we
advised her that PSE was going to continue investigating and we recommended sending
the office employees home for the day. We turned the scene over to her and PSE.
B51 and E53 returned.
