Tukwila Fire Department
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1620 hours and cleared at 1635 hours. The incident
occurred at 3400 Boeing Access Rd, Tukwila in District 0008. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003791 has been assigned to this incident.
A truck driver noticed an "oil slick" about 1 mile long between 1/5 and E. Marginal Wy on
Boeing Access Rd. The "slick" wound up being a streak of oil about 1 - 2" wide and
stretching about the distance from 1/5 and E. Marginal Wy. At E. Marginal Wy, there was
approximately a 20" by 20' streak. E53 personnel spread rice hull ash over this area. E53
returned.

At 1614 hours on Wednesday November 12, 2003 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1620 hours and cleared at 1635 hours. The incident
occurred at 3400 Boeing Access Rd, Tukwila in District 0008. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
