One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0800 hours and cleared at 0800 hours. The incident occurred at 6200 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0003920 has been assigned to this incident. E52 was dispatched for an aid call and upon our arrival we were told that there was a suspicious hand bag that P.D. wanted us to investigate. Two officers opened the approximately 1 ounce containers and got an odor of ammonia, they also ascertained information from the person arrested that there was baking soda,water and rubbing alcohol that he used to make his drugs. E52 officer interviewed the prisoner who confirmed the same.
