Automatic aid was received on this incident. Alarm number 0003996 has been assigned to this incident. Dispatched to poss hoz mat situation. Security (Phil Jackson) was notified of pills spilled outside of rehab entrance doors on south side of hospital. He began to sweep them up when he noticed there was a yellowish powder with the pills. He suspected a suspicious situation and called 911. North Highline FD was on initial dispatch and greened immediately. Upon FD arrival, B51 established Miitary Command. L54 was assigned recon and to secure the immediate area. E52, HM 52 and E51 was requested to the scene. L54B went on air and recon'd the scene. L54A set up scene tape to isolate the area. Recon was also done in the parking lot edge for evidence. None found there or on the roof or in dumpster. L54A also researched prescription use of what the pharmacy had reported to say what the pills where. FF Hickey and Crowley initiated an investigation using the 4 gas detector, radiation, pH levels, etc. with no positive fmdings. Security was advised we did not positively know what the pills were, but we knew what it was not - bio, chem, nuke. More narrative required by others on scene for detail. KB L54.
