E51,52.14, L54, A71, and B51 were dispatched to a reported gas leak at 18270 Segale
park drive. On arrival we found that there was a gas line broken in the ceiling. The

At 1637 hours on Saturday December 20, 2003 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four
units were assigned to this incident. We arrived on scene at 1639 hours and cleared at
1832 hours. The incident occurred at 18270 Segale Park B Dr, Tukwila in District 006.
The general description of this property is warehouse. Automatic aid was received on this
incident.
Alarm number 0004280 has been assigned to this incident.
E51,52.14, L54, A71, and B51 were dispatched to a reported gas leak at 18270 Segale
park drive. On arrival we found that there was a gas line broken in the ceiling. The

warehouse was showing gas at higher levels than what would be considered safe.
B51 set up Segale Command. E51 was sent into the business to measurer lel,s. We showed
65 ppm of co and 4 percent level of gas. E51 started to open the roll up doors. This was a
problem because all the roll -up doors in the rear of the warehouse were blocked by storage
and pad locked.
The warehouse was ventilated by ppv and opening the roof access. E52 gained access to
the a joining business to be sure they were clear of any natural gas vapors. PSE was called
by B51 and also monitored the warehouse for gas.
All units were code greened by B51 accepted E51, E52. After the warehouse was
ventilated B51 did a final survey and placed all units in service.
