flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1627 hours and cleared at 1640 hours. The incident occurred at
1151 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The general description of this property is service
station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
was removal of hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0000179 has been assigned to this incident.
At Costco gas station, vehicle began leaking gasoline when gas tank was filled.
Approximately one gallon spilled, which Costco employees were cleaning up when E51
arrived. E51 put buckets under vehicle to catch further spilling, and finished cleanup with
rice hull ash.

At 1619 hours on Friday January 9, 2004 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1627 hours and cleared at 1640 hours. The incident occurred at
1151 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The general description of this property is service
station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
was removal of hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0000179 has been assigned to this incident.
