hours and cleared at 1900 hours. The incident occurred at 349 Upland Dr, Tukwila in
District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is warehouse.
The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Tukwila Fire units were dispatched to a possable gas leak in warehouse.Upon arrival E51
investigated and did air monitoring. The monitor picked up a lel of 1 briefly. We called for
PSE. Upon there arrival we turned the scene over to them.
Alarm number 0000475 has been assigned to this incident.

At 1808 hours on Friday February 6, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Five units
were assigned to this incident. Fourteen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1816
hours and cleared at 1900 hours. The incident occurred at 349 Upland Dr, Tukwila in
District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is warehouse.
The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
Automatic aid was received on this incident.
